Crashes, cuts off recording and no support

Crashes a lot and does not record in full.
But especially for this poor rating, customer service does not get back to you at all!
Why you click for customer service/help it directs you to their Facebook page that has not been updated in like a year and many people are complaining about not being able to get help.
So yes a kinda decent app to record your sleep talking.. But you can lose all your recordings at any moment (no option to back the audio files up to your phone or computer)
So yes buy, but know that you will lose everything at any moment and will get no response from customer service/ support.
And again only records a bit.. Cuts you off
